Bellboys are now the only team with a 100% record after they put nine past the Ballerz in the only game on Saturday.

The Bellboys had the best start possible, after some good build-up play, Jordan Yon saw his shot deflected into the roof of the net in the first minute.

Ballerz defended well after conceding so early in the game and were just starting to frustrate the Bellboys. With fourteen minutes left a dangerous cross from Tyler Brady was met by the out-stretched boot of Eureeze, who could only turn it into his own goal. Bellboys midfield was having another brilliant game and dominated the possession. The Ballerz themselves linked up well in spells but had no threat on the Bellboys’ goal. With five minutes left for half time Bellboys killed the game off with Tyler Brady scoring a brace to give his team a four-nil lead.

The Second half saw Bellboys continue to control the game by pushing the Ballerz deep into their own half. A quarter of the half played saw Bellboys score three goals in four minutes, with Jordan Yon getting his second of the game, Alex Osborne and Tyler Brady completing his hat-trick.

With twenty minutes remaining, Bellboys made it eight with another own goal, this time off Luke Bowers.

Bellboys’ final goal came from Taylan Phillips who once again rifled one from outside the box into the top corner, capping off another fine game from him.
