The St Helena Football Association, established in 1922, is the governing body for football on St Helena.
The St Helena Football Association is a registered charity responsible for the overseeing of football on the island.

The SHFA key functions are:

To manage and oversee the senior and junior football leagues in St Helena, offering mass participation of football.
Provision of football supplies equipment and supplies to the community.
Offering players the opportunity to participate in international football tournaments.
To promote and develop St Helena football both on the island and abroad.
